What is already true today
No third-party trackers or advertising pixels are used on this public site or the authenticated product, on any surface.
Resume and job-description content is never used for AI model training, advertising, profiling, ranking users, resale, or aggregate publication.
The product does not build automated decisions about a person's employability. Where it scores a document, it shows its evidence and rubric rather than presenting a judgment about the candidate.
What is still pending before public launch
The published privacy policy, terms of service, sub-processor register, and accessibility statement are part of the Phase 8 launch gate and are not yet published. This page states current engineering commitments, not final legal documents.
A qualified reviewer for career/ATS claims beyond the founder has not yet been assigned; until one is, this page and the ATS methodology page are reviewed only by the founder.
Requesting access, export, or deletion
Self-serve data export and in-app account deletion are part of the Phase 2/8 scope of the Development Plan. A single published contact route for data-subject requests will be added alongside the Phase 8 legal set before any real user data is collected.
