ATS-safe resume templates

A template is only listed here after it passes the same round-trip ATS extraction gate used for the in-product check: exported text must remain selectable, and the extraction pipeline must recover every required field in the correct order from the exported artifact.

This is a small, human-reviewed pilot list by design. The Development Plan explicitly prohibits generating large template-family combinations before a pilot proves useful engagement; more templates are added only after review, not in a batch.
