Terms of Service

Who provides this service

ResumeFully is a resume building, tailoring, and application-tracking service operated under the brand name ResumeFully. In these terms, "ResumeFully", "we", and "us" mean that business; "you" means the person using the service.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our merchant of record for all web purchases. When you buy a subscription, your contract of sale for that transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and refunds. Your contract for the service itself remains with us, and these terms govern it.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services, that age applies to you instead.
You must give accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The free tier is genuinely free

ResumeFully has a Free tier. It is not a time-limited trial, and it does not automatically convert into a paid plan. You will never be charged because a trial period lapsed.
On the Free tier you can create unlimited resumes and export them without a watermark. We do not degrade documents you have already made in order to sell you an upgrade.
Some capabilities that cost us money per use — AI-assisted operations in particular — are metered, and paid tiers include a larger monthly allowance. Those limits are shown before you use them, not discovered afterwards.
This covenant is part of these published terms. If we ever change it, the change will be visible in the version history of this page rather than made quietly.

Paid subscriptions

Before you purchase, the checkout shows the price, the billing period, the renewal behaviour, and the total amount you will be charged, including any tax Paddle collects for your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from inside your account settings — cancellation is at least as easy as subscribing, and there is no retention flow you have to argue your way through.
When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free tier; it is not deleted, and your resumes remain yours.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you put into ResumeFully. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the narrow permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to produce the features you ask for, and transmit it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your resume or job-description content to train AI models, to target advertising, to build profiles about you, to rank users, for resale, or for aggregate publication.
You can export everything in a structured format, or delete your account, at any time from within the product without contacting us.

AI features and what they are not

Some features send the content you choose to an AI provider to produce suggestions. Those operations are always initiated by you.
ResumeFully scores a document against a stated rubric and shows you the evidence behind the score. It does not make an automated decision about your employability, and it must not be read as a judgement about you as a candidate.
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking what you send to an employer. We do not warrant that using ResumeFully will get you an interview or a job.

Acceptable use

Do not use ResumeFully to break the law, to impersonate another person, to upload content you have no right to, or to submit material that is unlawful or infringing.
Do not attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, interfere with other users' accounts, scrape the service at scale, or resell access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these rules. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you what the problem is first.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, and faults happen.
We may add, change, or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you rely on, or make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders before they take effect, and the effective date on this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ResumeFully at any time by cancelling your subscription, deleting your account, or both.
We may end the agreement if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service entirely — in which case we will give notice and a window to export your data.
Deleting your account removes your profile, resumes, versions, applications, and private files within the window stated in our Privacy Policy. Records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes are the documented exception and are described there.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost employment opportunities, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you. These terms do not replace them.
